How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders typically process the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Standard shipping is 3–5 business days. Saturday delivery isn’t available and expedited shipping isn’t offered at this time.

Yes. When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier site.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free ground shipping is available on orders over $50 within the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping.

Can you ship to PO Boxes, APOs, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?

Aerosol items cannot ship to PO Boxes. We cannot ship to APOs at this time. Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges and typically take 5+ business days. Certain restrictions may apply to Puerto Rico.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from purchase date for unopened, unused products only. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before sending any return.

Yes. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.

How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, please fill out the return form that came with the package. Make sure to include all the information requested on the form, such as the order number and the reason for the return. Once the form is complete, carefully seal the package and attach the shipping label that was also included with the package. Place the package in an appropriate shipping box and be sure to take the package to the post office or a courier service as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.

All orders can be returned within 30 days.

Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Are there any shipping costs?

For orders under $100 a shipping cost of $9,95 is charged.
All orders over $100 will be delivered for free.
